The closest railway station is the Gare St Gervais in Le Fayet with regular, direct services from Paris (TGV at weekends, winter only). The station is only 15 km from the village.

For weekend skiing, please discuss your travel and transfer arrangements with us, which if you are not hiring a car, we can organise in advance. You may however prefer to hire your own car - but don't forget the ski rack and the snow chains!

The closest rail point is Le Fayet, St Gervais Les Bains, but if you prefer the TGV, you can route via Paris and Geneva.

Travel by road is also very easy with autoroute direct from Calais to Le Fayet, 15 km from Les Contamines.
