OK. Point taken. Here's a summary: 'We're a little late in writing to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your chalet. Everything was just right; very well decorated and very well presented by your staff. The whole family had nothing but good things to say about your chalet, which was lovely; extremely comfortable and well above our expectations. We're sure to return, en famille'.
