The apartment is peacefully situated in a prime position in Les Contamines, with wonderful panoramic views, south-facing, giving sun in the summer until 6 or 7 in the evening. The chalet is in a quiet residential area of the village and the apartment (50m2) is on the lower ground floor of the main chalet. It has its own entrance, terrace and private garden and is provided with terrace furniture and use of ski room with bootwarmer (winter, evidently!).

There is easy parking right beside the apartment and the chalet is well away from the road so peace reigns! If you don’t arrive by car, however, it is only 5 minutes walk to the village centre where a village bus runs up and down the valley in summer and it is only a few metres from the ski bus stop in winter, which comes up La Frasse.

The interior of the apartment is tastefully furnished with pine furniture in the living and kitchen area and a small log burner. There is a comfy sofa, table and chairs and it is fully equipped for 4, with ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, fridge, music centre, TV and DVD. There is a double room and a twin room, with shared bathroom complete with heated towel rail. There is underfloor heating for maximum comfort during winter!

The price includes linen and towels and the beds will be made up on your arrival. If you wish for a welcome pack to be put in place, this can be agreed by arrangement. There is a security deposit of 500€/ £300, payable in advance, which will be refunded within two weeks of your departure date subject to the apartment being returned in good condition.
